An Indigenous myth recalls that when the Earth and its people are out of balance, the cacao/sacred chocolate will come out of the rainforest to open peoples hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony and balance. Cacao can be utilized to expedite inner work, facilitating creative energy, yet its different to other plant medicines in that it does not carry you away on a journey, but rather supports you wherever you are, amplifying whatever is happening inside. The ceremony is an experience in multi-dimensional group energy.

CONNECT! The workshop is simple and deep. A process of self-inquiry and awareness through interactions in various formats: solo meditations, group dynamics and partner work to bring Light to our patterns, habits and beliefs, seeing our shadows and opening to our truth.

TRANSFORM! Cacao serves a facilitator for deep meditation and inward journeying if taken with trained facilitators in the right context and desire to connect with our higher consciousness. Together we feel supported focus and discover that when we let go we are thrust into the present, our patterns, and our limiting ideas no longer restrict us. Letting go is a choice made moment by moment with sincerity and presence saw how much energy we use in protecting and suppressing ourselves, and how much energy is released when we reveal ourselves, takes us to the spaces inside where transformation and healing are welcome.

Be sure to wear loose clothing, nothing tight around the chest area, so breathing is effortless. And try to have a good night’s sleep before.

Recommended to eat lightly, or fasting, for best results — the emptier the belly the more you can fly. Fruit will be served to ground after the journey.

Originally from New York, Stephanie is a lifelong student of self mastery, exploring within, and around the world. She has been practicing meditation and yoga for over a decade, having lived and traveled in more than 60 countries around the world to learn and teach ancient and new-age forms of healing through the harmony of mind body and spirit. She has integrated the fruitful experiences she has been blessed with in her sessions.

She has been facilitating groups through deep soulful connections and openings for more than 10 years and thrives in the healing that takes place on the sacred journey of the heart. She loves to hold a nurturing space in the “process” of each individual, with permission for all of the person and the personality to be wholly accepted and integrated. Breath is simply greatest tool she has found in accelerating deep processes. Simplicity and depth are found in each inhale and exhale.
