Leilani has been in the health and wellness world for 20 years, starting out as a Personal Trainer for a wealthy clientele in USA, then becoming a Medicinal Chef travelling the world to learn ancient recipes and age-old cooking techniques that reduce harmful toxins and anti-nutrients to make vitamin rich food. Wanting to make sense of the complex world of Nutrition and its effect on the human body, she went on to complete a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine specialising in Gut Microbiome Health. Leilani now combines her degrees with vast international experience and Clinical expertise to facilitates workshops and talks in holistic health space.
