BREATH FEST
A High-Vibration One-Day Festival of Breath & Embodied Healing

Something powerful happens when we gather to breathe together.
In a world where so many people live in their minds — overwhelmed by noise, stress and
constant stimulation — the body quietly waits for us to return.

BreathFest was born from a simple but powerful vision:
to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect, detox, nourish and expand.
A space where breath becomes the bridge back to the body,  a space where people gather to breathe, move, release and awaken their life force together.  The body becomes the gateway to deeper presence, clarity and vitality.

Join some of the most experienced and embodied facilitators in the region, each sharing their unique medicine through breathwork, movement, sound and somatic practices.
This is not simply a workshop.
It is a living experience of breath, embodiment and community.

WHY BREATH?
Across many ancient traditions, breath was understood as sacred.
It was known as life force — the invisible current that moves through the body and
connects us to something greater than ourselves.
Today modern science is rediscovering what these traditions always knew:
conscious breathing has a profound impact on the nervous system, emotional wellbeing,
mental clarity and the body’s natural ability to heal.
Learning to breathe consciously can help us:

• regulate the nervous system
• release stored emotions and tension
• increase energy and vitality

• reduce stress and anxiety
• access expanded states of awareness
• return to a deeper sense of presence in the body

The doorway back to ourselves is always only one breath away.

BreathFest is a day devoted to rediscovering this living medicine.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

ONE TEMPLE — TWO SPACES
BreathFest unfolds across two beautiful spaces on magical land in the Byron Shire.

THE BREATH TEMPLE

A dedicated space for deep transformational breathwork sessions and expanded states of
consciousness. Here you will be guided by experienced facilitators through immersive breathing journeys

*BREATHE * Explore powerful breathing practices that can increase aliveness, expand awareness and release what the body has been holding. Discover how breath can open creativity, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you
with your inner life force.

THE SOUND & SOMATIC SANCTUARY

A softer space designed for integration, rest and nervous system regulation.
Participants can receive sound healing, stretch, journal, explore gentle somatic practices
or simply lie down and allow the body to integrate.

You are welcome to move between spaces as your body guides you.

*MOVEMENT * Reconnect with your body through ecstatic movement of 5Rhythms, Shaking medicine, Taoist exercises and intuitive somatic practices designed to awaken and circulate energy.
These practices help discharge stress, unlock tension and restore vitality to the system.

* SOUND *Experience the healing power of vibration through live music, sound journeys and healing instruments such as gongs, bowls and chimes. Sound supports the breathwork process by helping the mind soften and the body move
into deeper states of release and integration.

DINNER PANEL
During the break, relax and listen to experienced breathwork pioneers share insights
about the power of breath, movement and sound in transforming consciousness, releasing
emotional patterns and supporting deep healing.

We will also explore the importance of integration — how to bring these powerful tools
into everyday life.

COMMUNITY

BreathFest is also about something many of us deeply need:
Real human connection.

When we breathe together, move together and share space with open hearts, something
beautiful happens.
A field of belonging emerges.
Whether this is your first time exploring breathwork or you are already on the path, you will
be welcomed into a community of people who are also seeking growth, healing and
expansion.

• Food and nourishing elixirs will be available for purchase, please bring cash.

• You are also welcome to bring your own picnic.

• This is not a child-friendly event.  However, if you are with a child, there is a cabin with a babysitter; we are able to create a child space with a babysitter for the day split between the parents Please connect to admin@ajnatemple to arrange this add-on

WHAT TO BRING

•  Cash for Food or a picnic for your own food• A yoga mat or something to lie on
• A blanket or warm layers (body temperature can change during breathwork)
• Water bottle
• Eye mask (optional but recommended for pineal activation in Breathwork)

• Wear comfortable clothing

A FULLY CURATED IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Throughout the day you will explore a wide spectrum of breathing practices, from
gentle nervous-system regulating techniques to more activating forms of circular breathing
that can open powerful states of clarity, emotional release and expanded awareness.
Alongside breathwork, the experience also includes somatic and body-based practices
designed to help the body release stress patterns and restore natural energy flow.
In times like these — when many people feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in their
heads — learning how to return to the body is one of the most powerful forms of healing.
When the body feels safe again, everything changes.
Energy flows.
Emotions move.
Creativity awakens.
Clarity returns.
BreathFest is designed to support this process.
