THE SETTING

You arrive at Ajna Temple, Byron Homestead — a barefoot luxury sanctuary nestled between Byron Bay and Mullumbimby. Just six minutes from Byron Bay, the land holds you before anything else does.

Ancient fig trees spread their roots deep beneath the earth while golden afternoon light filters through the canopy above. The air slows you down. Your nervous system begins to soften before anything even starts.

This is not a studio.  There are no harsh lights. No stiff posing. No pressure to “look good.”

Only living landscape, embodied guidance, sacred witnessing, and the permission to arrive exactly as you are.

THE SOMATIC JOURNEY EXPERIENCE

We begin with a ceremonial opening facilitated by Stephanie of Ajna Temple — a trauma-informed embodiment practitioner with over 15 years experience in breathwork, tantra, feminine embodiment, womb wisdom, sacred space holding, and transformational facilitation.

This is not a warm-up exercise.  It is a genuine threshold crossing.

Through somatic release, movement, breath, presence work, nervous system grounding, and archetypal embodiment, Stephanie guides you into an archetypal journey of being seen in all aspects of you.

You are held moment by moment.

No performing. No “getting it right.” No needing to know what to do with your hands.  You are guided and held all the way through the journey and photo experience with loving embodiment.

Karl has spent years immersed in conscious communities, sacred ceremonies, festivals, embodiment spaces, and transformational events across the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast.

His gift is capturing the moment the mask drops.

The moment someone stops trying to be seen… and actually is.
