You are invited to SENSE – an Enlightened Night Out.
SENSE is a Conscious Bar Experience where we focus on the senses, guiding you back into your body and heart space. This event is the answer to those wasted nights out – the buzz without the blotto!
Let us take you on a journey through the senses, connection and play! Let’s break down the walls of conditioning to create what we truly desire .. Connection!
Whilst we promote sobriety (and lasting memories!!) We have not made this a dry event. Alcohol is not the problem – it’s our relationship to it. Alcoholic drinks will still be available for purchase at the bar. We do however invite you to lean into the awkwardness that sobriety can create in a bar. This will be a fully supported and lightly facilitated event to ease you through the uncomfortability into flow.
We are all seeking ways to connect with our community and our heart’s inner knowing. Come together to celebrate love, play, be your extravagant silly or shy introverted self, knowing all is welcome.
So come, let your hair down and embrace the saucy sassiness of the evening. Release your inhibitions and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the sensory delights that await you. Have a Soulful Playful time, a balance of workshop and free space.
